Project review:
The building is the newest apartment hotel in the area, with over 80 studio, one, and two-bedroom units, and it is expected to attract thousands of short- and long-term residents each year.
In addition, there is on-site parking, meeting space, workspace, a pantry shop, laundry facilities, kitchen facilities, and a gym. It is also located on the lakeside, with shops, cafes, and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
What’s more, the property is conveniently located just off the Western Highway and is easily accessible from other highways and nearby commercial districts, making it more vulnerable to external threats.
As a result, we were tasked with providing the most compatible CCTV system solution that could cover every corner of the entire building while also ensuring the highest level of safety and security for its precincts at all times, which we successfully accomplished.
Requirement:
- Our customers are looking for a closed-circuit television system that can record in color and high definition at any time of day or night without experiencing any lag.
- Due to the daily activities of the building, theft and possible crime alarms are highly recommended in order to avoid any potential problems that could result in significant financial loss for the building stakeholders.
- We must program them to be as stable as possible to be used over an extended period of time because all Smart AI features are beneficial in a wide range of situations and for a variety of facilities.
TSE SOLUTION
61 High Definition, Smart AI with Active Deterrence feature cameras in dome and bullet configurations were required in order to provide color images in both day and nighttime conditions under optimal lighting conditions during the project’s duration. In addition, the Heat Map and Intelligence Detection systems were fully operational, ensuring that the building was always protected from intrusions and other incidents.
Apart from that, the control room was fully equipped with high-quality network video recorders (NVRs) and hard drives, which could store footage for up to 6 months in a stable and easy-to-maintain environment.

COVERAGE REQUIREMENT
We used 61 intelligent cameras in a dome and bullet configuration to ensure that the entire 360-degree field of view was always within protected range. Additionally, its AI-powered perimeter security feature can significantly reduce the number of false alarms caused by objects that aren’t related to the situation. The combination of superior artificial intelligence analytics and real-time signals delivered to the laptop or mobile customers reduces the device’s requirements and resources, thereby improving the overall performance of the surveillance device.
ONE-FOR-ALL REQUIREMENT
We provided a complete package that included on-site configuration as well as free technical support, allowing our customers to simply “plug and play.” Our solutions have effectively reduced the problem for the duration of the manufacturing process, which has resulted in a significant improvement in the control performance for our customers. The expansion of the manufacturing scale to control and the modern, easy front-quit digital digicam plus back-quit garage video surveillance machine are no longer sufficient to meet the evolving manufacturing control and current tracking requirements.
STABLITY REQUIREMENT
We calculated the amount of hardware and accessories required to keep the system running smoothly for at least six months. For each approaching and departing vehicle, the get admission to digital digicam takes a photograph of the license plate and a picture of the vehicle’s evaluation, as well as information corresponding to surveillance videos.
