Product Overview

The Cudy GS108 is a compact 8-port unmanaged Gigabit switch built for simple, low-cost network expansion. Plug it in and it works, with auto-negotiation and Auto MDI/MDIX so any standard cable works in any port, and a non-blocking switching architecture for full wire-speed performance across all ports.

Its durable metal case suits desktop placement or wall-mounting, and a fanless design keeps it silent. Supplied directly through Total Security Equipment.

Key Capabilities

8 × 10/100/1000Mbps RJ45 ports with auto-negotiation and Auto MDI/MDIX.

Plug & Play, No Config

Fully unmanaged — no software, login or setup required. Connect it and it works.

Metal Case, Fanless

Durable metal casing rather than plastic, silent fanless operation, desktop or wall-mount.

Full Wire-Speed Forwarding

Non-blocking, store-and-forward switching architecture for reliable throughput.

Best For

Home & Small Office Networking

A tidy way to add up to 8 extra Gigabit ports without any setup.

Non-PoE Wired Devices

Budget-Conscious Expansion

A lower-cost alternative when you need extra Gigabit ports without extra frills.

Why Choose This Switch

Not every job needs a big-name brand at a premium price. The Cudy GS108 gives you 8 solid Gigabit ports, a durable metal case, and genuinely no-configuration setup at a competitive price point. Available from Total Security Equipment.

Buyer Decision Tips

This Switch Does Not Supply PoE: The Cudy GS108 has no PoE ports and does not power connected devices. If you need to power IP cameras or PoE devices directly from the switch, ask our team about one of our PoE-capable switches instead.
A Newer Brand to Our Range: Cudy is a newer addition alongside our established TP-Link and Ruijie switch ranges. If you'd prefer a longer-established brand with wider Australian support history, ask our team about our TP-Link or Ruijie alternatives in the same port count.
Powered by an External Adapter: This is a small desktop unit powered by an included external power adapter rather than an internal supply — keep the adapter with the unit if you ever need to replace it, and check with our team for a compatible replacement if it's lost.
