1. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED RATHER THAN PICK UP IN-STORE?

A: Absolutely! We can offer next-day standard freight and same-day express shipping for just about any products you order. Freight cost is calculated based on the size and weight of your order, and the area in which it is being delivered to. However, we will waive the freight cost for any orders over $1,000 (ex GST) for same-day delivery and $500 for next day delivery within Metropolitan Melbourne.

2. HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

5. HOW DOES YOUR REBATE SYSTEM WORK?

A: Any customers that have successfully signed up to our website and subsequently have a login to see pricing online, place orders, etc, will accrue a 3% rebate on all items they have purchased. As this accumulates, the total amount will show on their online account home page as “available cash rebate”. The customer will then be able to redeem this as credit towards any future orders. Please note: To redeem available accrued cash rebates, orders MUST be placed online ONLY, and not in-store.

6. WHAT OTHER PRODUCTS DOES TSE SELL, BESIDES CCTV AND ALARM SYSTEMS?

A: At TSE, we like to think of ourselves as a “one-stop-shop”, and therefore endeavour to stock as wide a range of products as possible for added convenience to our customers. As well as CCTV, intercoms and alarms, we stock a range of standalone access control products such as electric strikes, maglocks, and keypads, networking products from Ubiquity and TP-Link, consumables such as security and data cable, conduit and associated fittings, data cabinets, power supplies, and much more. Please visit our website www.totalsecurityequipment.com.au to browse our huge range of products.

7. WHAT BRAND OF INTERCOM SYSTEMS DOES TSE STOCK?

A: All our intercom systems are from Dahua, and we offer systems to suit both residential, and apartment/commercial sites. Whilst the apartment intercom systems are IP based and must be cabled with CAT5E / CAT6 cable, we also stock the Dahua 2-wire over IP kit, and the Builder’s range 4-wire analogue intercom kit for residential applications that already have existing 2 or 4-wire based cable. The Dahua IP intercom systems have the added benefit of being able to be viewed and answered remotely via the Dahua DMSS smartphone app.

8. ONE OF MY CLIENTS HAS AN EXISTING ANALOGUE CCTV SYSTEM, BUT THE DVR HAS FAILED AND THE CLIENT STILL WANTS TO USE THE EXISTING CAMERAS. DO YOU HAVE A SOLUTION FOR THIS?

A: We certainly do – The Dahua XVRs are the perfect solution for those sites with existing coaxial cabling where it is difficult and/or uneconomical to run new CAT5E or CAT6 cabling to suit IP cameras. A Dahua XVR will automatically adapt to almost any analogue-based camera (CVBS, HDCVI, TVI, or AHD), and is, therefore, a plug-and-play solution at a very low relative cost to the end-user. There is also the added benefit of being able to progressively replace the old existing analogue cameras, with higher resolution HDCVI cameras up to 8MP.
