HISTORY OF DSX ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM

Since 1984, DSX Access Systems Inc.

has created and deployed access control hardware and software for Central Station environments. Based on that specific necessity, an exclusive Access Control technology was introduced to the market in order to provide a viable alternative to the high-cost access systems in use at the time. Examples of such devices include Cards, Rusco, and Schlage.

Since then, DSX has been manufacturing high-quality access control products for an ever-changing security market.

GLOBAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Thanks to the efforts of our members throughout time, DSX has become one of the world's best providers and programmers of access control systems, with various tailored programs that can be easily adapted from one PC to the scale of a whole organization.

DSX has distributions throughout the US, in all 50 states.

DSX has several dealers located throughout Australia, Europe, Africa, and the far east.

DSX has won numerous large-scale projects with major customers and government agencies around the world, including the US Department of Education, CNN, the US Department of Transportation, the University of Arkansas, the US Coast Guard, the Federal Aviation Administration, and others.

DSX STRICT REQUIREMENTS THAT MAKE THE BRAND UNIQUE

DSX Access Systems Inc. is proud to state that their integrity is not based on what other firms are doing in the security market; their ultimate goal is to satisfy the entire pleasure of their clients, and they expect all dealers to share that dedication as well!

DSX is very meticulous in choosing dealers (which makes Total Security pleased to be one of their official distributors), and they demand all dealers to be thoroughly trained before any of us can sell their service or product.

DSX never markets itself through the OEM channel or alarm supplier businesses, thus their goods and services (local installation) are special and unique.

DSX places a high value on "reliability" in all of their goods, thus each panel is tested for 72 hours before it hits the shelves.

DSX has committed that only 0.1% of all DSX panels shipped are faulty.

DSX SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR GLOBAL DEALERS

As previously stated, all dealers must complete the DSX training program and pass all questions in order to become an official distributor, which includes the following trainings and documentation:

  • Weekly 5-day technical training course.
  • Monthly two-day administrator training class.
  • Toll-free technical assistance line (available 24/7 for emergencies).
  • Sales literature includes brochures, folders, catalogs, CDs, and presentations.
  • Sales assistance for large systems (presentations and associated documentation)
  • Advertising documents (major trade magazines—security management, SDM, facilities management, trade show documents)

TSE provides an internal development program that allows all networking engineers to participate, graduate, and create internal training for all salespeople. We are confident in delivering to consumers the best consulting from all of our members.
